It’s early in 2009, but I’ve already decided to update my pricing! There was a lot of confusion surrounding the new minimum order requirement for 2009, so I decided to go ahead with some changes right away so that things would be simplified! Hopefully this will make it easier for you all.
The session fees are now all-inclusive and include a print credit and I have dropped the minimum order requirement. I ultimately want things to be as simple as possible in terms of pricing, and this is a step in that direction! I realize this is very soon after my 2009 pricing changes, and I will absolutely honor this new pricing for my current and already booked clients. If you’ve had a session in 2009 already, or have booked, contact me and we can go over the changes and we can discuss credits, etc. then.
Please see the website for more details!
Looking forward to many great upcoming sessions!

Check out this gorgeous first time Mama-to-be! She had the most perfectly round pregnant belly, and we had a lot of fun finding different ways to show it off. K, thanks for being such a good sport! I hope you like the pictures!

Eyelashes.
Here is an image I’ve been hoping to capture for a while now. She has the longest, thickest lashes, but moves so fast that I don’t often catch them on camera.

More studio work. Can you believe she is only 13? I couldn’t only share one tonight…so here are 3. Maybe that will give me some leeway for the next few days if I don’t post tomorrow?

This weekend I did some work using studio lighting. This isn’t something I normally do, but boy was it fun! I got a ton of great images that are waiting to be edited.
For now, here are two. Isn’t she just gorgeous?

Not sure this should count for the photo-a-day challenge, but it is the only photo I’m posting today…so we’ll just go with it!
Here is one more gem I came across while finishing up editing the triplet newborn session. This is the only girl in the bunch, and she is resting happily on her brothers back!

And before anyone asks, I just realized I skipped #18. So here is one more edit from tonight. As you can see, I’m on a bit of a color kick tonight.

Obviously the photo-a-day challenge is proving to be difficult for me!
I’m going to keep up with it as best I can, but as I’m not likely to do it exactly as planned I’ll just do some ‘catch up’ posts here and there!
Here are a few shots from a summer 2008 wedding that never got pulled for editing. The location was spectacular, overlooking the Puget Sound with incredible views of the sun setting in the west.

And here are a few portraits from that same wedding:

This morning I had the amazing experience of getting to photograph newborn triplets!!
These cuties, 2 boys and 1 girl, were 14 days old and just as sweet as could be! Born at 35 weeks, they were still very sleepy and curly, and they slept so well for me as long as we didn’t take them away from one another. They were happiest right next to each other. How sweet!
Mom and Dad, thank you so much for letting me meet your little cuties. I hope you enjoy your sneak peak!
